Client wanted to replace a cold barely used conservatory into a large open plan kitchen dining living space. A real hub for the family home. Our drawings and videos helped the client to plan storage, kitchen layouts and see the natural light through the roof lights

Client wanted to extend out into the back garden to create a large open plan kitchen dining living space, as well as some adaptation to interior walls to create an office space and utility room. Creating a multifunctional family home. Our drawings and videos helped the client to see various layout possibilities.
Project Three
Project Three
Stunning two storey extension to a beautiful rural cottage style property. Here the clients were interested in buying this particular property and wanted to see the potential of a double height extension prior to putting in a bid to buy. The addition of a new master bedroom alongside ensuite and a huge living room space both with bi-fold doors to maximise the stunning views across the countryside. The clients loved it and will be moving in later this summer.

Big job for this client again creating a large open plan kitchen dining living space in a rear extension as well as a loft conversion to create an extra bedroom with ensuite. They also wanted to modernise the front appearance with a large floor to roof window illuminating a once dark space with natural light. It was difficult to visualise each area as a completed space and how they would all link together. A walkthrough video definitely helped our client with this project.
